Brent Read suggesting this morning we are odds on to get Brailey settled next week as we have plenty of cap space and the club are very keen on him apparently.

He's also suggested we are in box seat for JAC but we have cooled a bit on him. Either way we’ll make a call either way next week.

Interested to hear everyone’s thoughts on the outcome if we take on both those two?

I think JAC will definitely give us a bit of class but I just haven’t watched enough of Brailey to understand if he’s just another “OK” 9 or if he’d take us up a notch in class. I am aware he has historically had injury issues which makes me nervous.

Keen to hear thoughts…

I’d be very happy with both. Brailey is about as good a defender in the middle as anyone in the comp. Around 95% tackle efficiency. Service is good also. Exactly what we need.

Obviously ryles sees a lot in him , seems to have been after him for a while now . So I’ll be comfortable

JAC will be an amazing signing with him and lomax in our backline , we will have more potency and those two will take advantage of Moses kicking game

Not bagging Bradley in any way. But genuinely is he better than Lussick and Hands. And how do they differ? Does he have a running game ? We have lacked that out of dummy half for so many years under the baldy dope.

We need a hooker and speed but I am not a fan in both players..

Brailey was a fun junior but as done nothing since joining the Knights.

JAC asking for more money when he was just sacked for being a dope...

I'm guessing here but I think his defensive capabilities is what Ryles is looking for, he's not exactly known as a dummy half runner of the ball

I think the gold jersey looks excellent. Better than the blue as it has solid blue stripes unlike the woven stripe pattern of the blue jersey.
And they have left the Lego alone as well which is great.

I didn't really like the 2005-2009 one we had. It seemed like they were bringing it back on the promos.

Our current one should never change unless it's an anniversary season. It's the best one we have.

Brailey is a decent upgrade on Hands and we won't even mention super league plodder Joey but surely his injury history has to be a concern???
