Well that’s all part of coaching the NRL side. Not the NRLW, not the junior reps, not recruitment and retention.
If Ryles wasn't involved in all aspects why is it there has been so much change after being so stagnant for so long when the only change is the Head Coach.
Could it not be that Ryles is a symptom and not the cause?
If you are really lucky we will fall in a heap and you can claim forever that there was and is no one better than Uncle Brad….

Why was there so much change after 2018? It's because we were shit that year, not because we got a new coach.
Actually there's no one better than Ryles.

TCT mentioned in one of their reports, Guymer was on the edge for one of the training sessions (can't remember the exact details, got to go back and check, but the vino is calling )

Did I say that??? Obviously you don't think he had any influence in having a major say in all the changes made since he was appointed. I believe all the changes implemented were on his instructions and shows he has a holistic strategy for the organisation as a whole from the juniors up. These changes show a glaring difference from the previous coach. It mightn't work immediately but believe long term we'll be a successful club and my even jag a premiership or two.
No he doesn't but again I believe he has suggested that the club overall be the very best with all their teams including women. Parra has developed a new focus with the women which just happened with Ryles appointment and believe both are related.
Just bought a new guy from dogs that 5150 reckons is a good prospect as an edge forward. Just have to unlock that potential,
Also I believe had big say in junior coaches. Funny they all, bar Cayless, left at same time Ryles appointed. And is pointing them in the direction he wants these junior teams to play so they can slot seamlessly into top team.
