Player agents saw us in compromised position after reed, ICE, Marata, Oregon etc all left and they took MON and the club for a ride.

So why couldn't we keep those players? The answer is the salary cap, which is the same reason we couldn't just give more and more money to Moses, Matterson, Penisini, Drown, etc. So player options became a solution for the players willing to stay for less money. Players unwilling to accept less money don't want a PO instead.

They also went from the cellar to the grand final. They can do it again. It's not the first time we have missed the finals within two years of making the grand final. In fact it's the fourth time since 1986.

Hearing some of the feedback on Ryles and his style, I reckon he is already pulling Brown to the side to say “this is not the best look pre season mate” to which Brown will naturally act totally surprised.

If Ryles wants him that bad I have no doubt Brown will stay following some love.

If Ryles thinks he’s a dickhead he’s possibly already punched the living shit out of him and I expect him to be dumped out the front of Westmead hospital following a “random” attack from some assailants that apparently no one got a good look at.
