Wisemantel will be a great appointment as assistant coach.

Its a 100x better upgrade on Murph.

We have under-prepared & under-coached for a long time on the basics and attention to detail in our game. I am confident Wisemantel will sharpen up the attack quite nicely.

Nathan Brown i think will be great advisor as such for Ryles.

Brownie is a quality person i think the role he has now and the experience he has in the game will be great.

Its great we finally have a head coach that has figured out what quality assistants can do to a coaching team.
Along with a few quality recruits.

Not to sound churlish… My heritage is Polish/Ukrainian (depending on pre/post WW2 borders, and only one generation back), Irish, Scottish, English, and quite possibly a smidgeon of French, if you go back far enough.
Each of those nations and cultures have offered plenty of value or produced people who did.
I could choose to be proud of any of them and likewise, link my identity to any of them but it has never occurred to me to do so because I’m Australian, first and foremost.
That, and I don’t have enough arms to wave that many flags.
We have a country, a culture, and a flag that’s ok to be proud of too. And it’s common to all of us.
Yes we're all immigrants here, including indigenous who migrated here about 70,000 years ago.

While I agree with you, a lot of those players would have been born outside Australia, you churl

Look where Todd Greenberg is atm.

Seaweeds mentor.
I'm sure in the recordings they mentioned that Seward got the strategies from his mentor. There was also some dodgy stuff at the bulldogs when he was there, yet no salary cap investigation

Edit - here's an article
Paid for $90k of Nike merchandise that they didn't have. I wonder if any players were sponsored by Nike then, sounds similar to something we did. Interesting that he took cash from merchandise sales home. Would be a shame if some of that money made it's way to the players before it could be counted and deposited
