It's more than that. The "culture" is many things and it takes time to achieve if it is at all achievable. Getting proactive with community is a good start.
I'm sure Ryles has a vision for the culture he wants, I just hope he knows how to go about it.

We just need to go out and splash the cash on a powerhouse forward pack. I would love to see us actually dominate in the forwards. I honestly can't remember the last time our forwards steamrolled through teams consistently. Maybe 2005.

Bennett likes this to go to a squad that's already together (apart from the fins and they didn't make the finals the 2 years he was in charge).

All he has to do is make some minor changes to squeeze the last bit out of them until he leaves and then that club goes to being shit for years.

It's probably why he said no to us as we had to rebuild alot more than he wanted to do..

I don't know whether the credit goes to Ryles, O'Neil, or the entire recruitment team - but well done.

Dylan Walker is exactly the type of personality we need at this club.

Season 2025 may be a write-off, but with experienced heads like Moses, Addo-Carr, and Walker on board for 2026, I am genuinely excited for our future.
