Yes very likely, but he’s been breaking his neck to leave the Tigers from literally before he ever played first grade. Why does he hate it so?
he approached the club twice before..

First time was when he was 17 and his Dad was upset that the club had bought Sullivan, Sezer and Latu and wanted out because his kid wasnt going to get a chance.....then signed a $350K deal.

Second time was August last year when his Dad fronted the Club and said that his boy was now a superstar and other clubs would pay him a lot more than $350K. Richo went to his parents house and said that we were not going to release him but very happy to upgrade his Contract if he extended.

Im leaning towards the ex panther fake gangsta clique theory at this point.
If you feel excluded then you are never going to be happy if you feel like an outsider.
I was thinking he is just an entitled princess but now Im not so sure.
Always go with your first instinct.

Sure, but why? Why has he wanted out multiple times, and turned them down without even contemplating an extension? He’s evidently never been settled or happy there, but I can’t tell why.

The first time was because he thought Sezer, Sullivan adn Latu were going to block him, spoiler alert they didnt....and Galvin and his Dad signed a new Contract which you dont do if you want out.

The second time they explicitly wanted more money and were told they can have it if they extended.

and turned them down without even contemplating an extension? He’s evidently never been settled or happy there, but I can’t tell why.
Because Moses already has an offer from another club that they want to accept.....its 2017 all over again.

There’s going to be a lot of player movement around the halves from November onwards, if not before… Galvin, Doueihi, Metcalfe, DCE… rumours that Katoa wants to head back to Sydney. Cole is available to negotiate in Nov. Reynolds is going to stay at Brisbane I assume but money could be an issue.

Add to that the Dogs have Mitchell Woods who’s meant to be a gun who I’m sure won’t wanna stay behind Galvin should Gus get him.

The Dragons kid we’ve been linked to…Fogarty, Jaxon Purdue… Wishart.

Plenty of 5/8ths to go around. Not so many pure 7s.

So while I’d like Galvin, the reality is if he signs somewhere else we might have more money to spread to the other areas like our pack.

Tbh…. Is it though? He could’ve sat on that deal he was offered until November or at least told the Tigers I’m not negotiating until the end of the season, let’s take it from there.

While it’s a shit sandwich for Tigers fans to swallow, the club at least is aware exactly how to plan moving forward from April rather than November.
It's definitely grubby from what I can see. The Tigers aren't the first club that Isaac Moses has held to ransom. The Tigers appear to have managed it well.

I would take Metcalf or Katoa!

Even Douehi not in the halves but at the club!

When you say that the club "cant develop me" when your coach is one of the most innovative number 6's of all time and your halves partner is a 4 x premiership winning 6,its pretty insulting and Im glad the boys have taken it personally.
Wally Lewis and Andrew Johns were shit coaches as well. Natural talent isn't something you can teach merkins.

Potentially, but potentially he already knows what a desperate club is willing to pay and the length of the Contract and that is attractive enough for his Manager to blow up his reputation and integrity 18 months early.
For his age and level of talent a long contract represents the risk of opportunity cost. At the end of 2035 he will still only be 30. A four year contract would be better for Galvin because who knows what opportunities will present themselves for a player of that potential by the age of 24.

His manager did yesterday in the Chammas article and Galvin confirmed it today
"“I just feel that as I move into an important period of my development as a half, that I continue to build my game at a different club."
Getting out of one's comfort zone isn't shitting on anybody. Lomax wanted to do the same by leaving the Dragons and he didn't exactly go to a bigger club. Sometimes a change is as good as a holiday. Sometimes you just need to get away from toxic relationships.

That's not shitting on anyone.. and that's the only official statement from Galvin...
