Oof

Thanks for inviting me to go back and have a read @Tigers5150, it’s remarkable how wrong you were about every single thing about Galvin (or at least, how quick you were to flip the table).
And will never play for Parra despite everything laid out for him....was instrumental to the Tigers beating Parra twice...

A great day in Parramatta history Dave....enjoy it mate.

Hahaha mate, go back and read our exchanges from December, it’s good value. You said he’s someone every club would want, but he’s the Tigers’ for the foreseeable future; whereas I said he’s achieved nothing yet beyond a spoon.

I’m absolutely comfortable with him not coming here. But you’re saying Parra are losers for not signing a guy you’ve been saying is overhyped since the second it was announced he was leaving? And who you were saying in December would f**k Parra’s cap if we signed him?

You’re hurt, and I get it. But get a bit of coherence to what you’re saying.

Not really, Smith's has a better running game than Hawkins. And it's improved quite a bit since last year.

If he continues to develop, he could be a solid option. But depends on price.
He didn't say Sandon Smith was comparable with Hawkins, he said his stats were comparable. Obviously Hawkins has only played five games this year and one of them was an absolutely out of character blinder. That's blown his stats out. Over a larger sample his stats are likely to revert to mean.

Personally I think we should now prioritise other positions. At least one edge and one middle forward.

Given we have Moses as the 7 and Walker to play that middle ball playing role, and the inexperience in the 1 and 9, and we need better players in other positions, and we have some juniors coming through, then I'd be considering someone who just a middle of the road player with 100 plus NRL games to play 6. Maybe someone at the back end of their career. I don't have any suggestions though.
Sexton will turn 25 shortly after the start of next season and should have 70 NRL games under his belt. Plus he looks like Butt-Head from that old cartoon. He would be a cult classic around here.

Mate Im 100% comfortable that both of us are telling the truth to that point.

Parra are complete losers in this scenario. They created this situation where Galvin, a 19yo kid, absolutely torched his reputation, running around the Hills District organising things for Galvin, NOT discreetly, Ryles gushing over how much he wants him, Eddie Jones spilling that Parra thought they had him.......and Gus bends you over.....hilarious mate. Lets discuss it more.

Im having a great day....this is glorious!
Grow up lad , we have lost our wonder kid so we know how it feels but your clubs legacy is losing elite talent who go on to better things. It's OK small club things.

This is what Gould said.....read it over and over and over because it is a concise lesson in itself.."“We’re not thinking about Lachlan Galvin, we’ve never at any stage been involved in any discussion regarding Lachlan Galvin and we’re not going to get into a discussion about Lachlan Galvin. He’s not on our radar,”

He said it all up front. He is saying, "We are not the one doing the f**kery, he is not available for negotiations...we will let Parra do all the dirty work until we can."

Hate the game not the player, and Parra started the game. Gould would not have been able to believe his luck.
Don't listen to his words, look at his actions.

Isaac Moses wasnt booking Lachie into training facilities in Belmore, it was in Castle Hill in his words "to be closer to Parramatta".

Gus is the ultimate opportunitist and Parra put it on a plate for him.
Why would he need training facilities? It sounds like Gould's bulllshit has spread all the way to you and anyone else your source feeds it to.
