No. He asked for a release early last year because he wanted more money but Richo told him that we were prepared to give it to him if he signed an extension.

Well, that’s plainly not true - you’ve repeatedly said he wanted to go to Parra and that’s why he pressed to get out of the Tigers. Ultimately he’s now going to Canterbury, but on your own information he wouldn’t be staying at Wests ahead of Parra.
