let's start developing and promotibng within, thankfully we have a pretty decent platform to build off, we just need develop and mould them into NRL players and hopefully we now have the people on board to do that.

Let's see, the Tigers were keen to see the back of him (probably because he was taking up 300k a season).

I would hope he starts in NSW cup I stead of the RMC players unless the club is going to start him in Flegg and promote one of the Flegg guys(who thoroughly deserve it)

the CEO probably needs to take a step back from footy duties and get a decent HOF or GM on board.

I'll give the CEO credit on seeing the COE plan come to fruition and maybe getting some big ticket sponsors on board but when it comes to any footy related decisions, he should stay the f**k away.

Reading today the club legend's sons have left the Parra junior system. Cayless jnr is in Roosters system and Hindmarsh jnr in Penrith. Nathan H said Penrith really showed his son their facilities and sold the dream while he just received and email from Parra. The club needs to do BETTER if they want to retain their juniors with several promising ones coming thru now!!!

More to it then not offering them contracts

I know Cayless especially was very conscious with any chance of nepotism being looked at if his son got a gig in pathways at Parra while he is the NSW Cup coach.

Best for all involved that Eddy went somewhere else and see how he goes without any fanfare or expectations that he is been given special treatment.

Cayless knows the Roosters will look after him and if he is any good down the track then we can look at it maybe bringing him back.

You can thank our previous coach for the stain/reputation that the club now has in junior reps in regards to nepotism & special treatment that people now currently at the club are now very conscious off moving forward to avoid a repeat.
