Which elite players have we failed to get? The last one was Lomax and he signed. Then we re-signed our other Origin player in Moses. Which other elite players have wet gone after? We’re not going to buy our way to success. The smart clubs fit a lot of talent under the cap, and they do it through junior development (poaching). Buying big names means overpaying for big names. That’s how you end up in salary cap trouble.
