RYLES VINDICATED FOR DECISION TO LET GUTHO GO

Can’t wait to see Clint Gutherson and Isaiah Iongi go head-to-head when the Dragons host the Eels on Saturday.

While Gutherson has been a standout for the Dragons this year, Iongi just gets better by the week and was absolutely outstanding in the Eels’ 36-20 win over the Titans.

Without Mitchell Moses and Dylan Brown, Iongi took the game by the scruff of the neck and was instrumental in three of the Eels’ six tries.

Earlier in the year it looked as though Gutherson was going to be a huge loss for Parramatta when they kicked off with four straight defeats before they beat the Dragons by a point back in round five.

But right now it’s looking like Jason Ryles probably pulled the right rein moving forward with the 21-year-old former Panther who is such an attacking threat.

So back from work and I'm not reading pages and pages but if it hasn't been mentioned and because Riley Smith suspended for next couple matches, surely we go hard at Tallyn De Silva. Sign him tonight so he can play tomorrow and next week whilst Ryley is suspended....that would be unreal.
Then him and Ryley play for the rest of the year as a 1, 2 punch.
Lussick played well yesterday but he's not the answer. Happy to see him get extended time but we can and should be doing better

i think having different structure better , can change tempo of game to suit game plan . If struggling to score change in structure can assist , also could throw off other team if they have to adjust to change in our structure

No he hasn’t. In fact you could argue the opposite if you want use the tittie feeling episode as evidence. Even BA let Jake drive the bus rather than give Brown too much to think about back in 2022. I’m not even criticising him for it. You’ve just got to understand your strengths.

At his best he’s worth more than that. He must have some off field issues suppressing his price if that’s all it would take to sign him.
