He soft AF and hates contact, it’s why he’s not in first grade. Russell would offer more there.I’d take Sloan and make him a centre. He is very quick and just needs decent coaching.

I’m sure TDS will enjoy his stay at the Dogs………Craig on TCT said Talyn da Silva is keen on coming to the Eels
Not sure how he knows this
He is at training every day.Craig on TCT said Talyn da Silva is keen on coming to the Eels

Can’t wait to see him in the blue and white then.Brent Read said this morning on Triple M that he believes Parramatta are favourites to get Tallyn Da Silva but he is also meeting with Manly soon to hear their offer.
We are keen then honestly what is holding us back not getting this over the line.Brent Read said this morning on Triple M that he believes Parramatta are favourites to get Tallyn Da Silva but he is also meeting with Manly soon to hear their offer.
You OK to pay overs for him ? How much are you ok with ?We are keen then honestly what is holding us back not getting this over the line.
We should have more $$$$ to throw at him and i would offer him 600k a year already and not blink twice.
Offer him a bit more now to get him in the door and the investment down the track will be paid back as he gets becomes more experienced and a better player.
The excuses will run thin with MON and this hopeless R&R committee he leads if they fail here.
They might have got played by Galvin but failing to land TDS after throwing there hat in the ring again should be another embarrassing nail into the HOF's tenure.
So was someone else recently until had a succulent Chinese meal with Gus. To get him have to keep him out of Chinese restaurants until signed!Craig on TCT said Talyn da Silva is keen on coming to the Eels

I reckon we are in with a great shot.I think 600 to 650 is very reasonable for a player like him, he'd be a starting 9 at most clubs right now including ours...it all depends whether we have the ability to get it over the line, I have grave concerns that we can.
Did you actually read my post where i said 600k and i explained why you just get players like him through the door first even if you have to pay slightly overs. His a 10+ year dummy half. You OK to pay overs for him ? How much are you ok with ?
If he helps win a premiership are we going to say he cost us $100 k to much ?You OK to pay overs for him ? How much are you ok with ?
I think the ultimatum that you pose to the club of just getting it done is loaded.Did you actually read my post where i said 600k and i explained why you just get players like him through the door first even if you have to pay slightly overs. His a 10+ year dummy half.
Is that truly overs for a young kid coming through that is seen as a potential rep star. Were not paying a million dollars a year for him.
600k will probably be unders in 2 years time and he will want another upgrade.
Moses is on 1.2mill and can barely get him out there for 10 games a year atm.
He might be worth that to us but fmd thats overs for what he is producing on the park.
His almost on 100k per club game atm.
But look if you want to keep making the same excuses for our lame arse R&R then were never going to win a premiership playing it safe with bargain basement rubbish across the park with this HOF running the show.
Ryles can't do it on his own.
Are we going to say not signing him cost us a premiership? If he helps win a premiership are we going to say he cost us $100 k to much ?
In part it comes down to if they have any good reserve grader or Flegg guys coming through. If they do then they might be closer than us.In the latest Q&A Bloke in the Bar podcast an interesting question was asked. Who is closer to a premiership, Eels or Dragons?
Eels was the pick. Kemp reckons shit will get worse before it gets better at the Saints.
Or we pay him $650k and plays no better then Smith for the next couple of years.....are we going to say he cost us a premiership? If he helps win a premiership are we going to say he cost us $100 k to much ?
Well neither of those clubs you mentioned have been linked with him.I think the ultimatum that you pose to the club of just getting it done is loaded.
I would love him at the club and hope we get him at a fair price. However it's not a fail if he goes to the Titans or Fins for an Alan Bond contract. Let's be real here.
Right price are you talking 400k-450k.Or we pay him $650k and plays no better then Smith for the next couple of years.....are we going to say he cost us a premiership?
Paying overs is what stuffs a rebuild....
BTW - I reckon TDS would be a great signing for the right price, has plenty of potential, but there is point of getting a deal and paying to much....
If Aravinda wants to start then offer him a 2 yr contract at 500k per and first crack as the starter.
Let him and Smith (extend him for a yr at $300) battle it out for starting DH.
Punt Hands and Lussock.
