Its the shit defence, brain farts & ill-discipline.

Ask yourself this if Kelma hasn't fixed his defence under 4 different coaches already then when is
He hasn’t been coached properly. If he drops the ball in training he does naked laps while the entire squad getting their towel whipping practice in.

I'm not sure power will improve much.
He’s not even 21 ffs. His speed and agility is unlikely to improve but power should be one of the things that will.
And I wouldnt say he is holding his own in attack. He gets pummelled.
Most players are in an NRL side for their defence. We have some powerful backs on Guymer’s side of the field, and a great playmaker to put him into holes if the defence doesn’t take his lead run seriously.
Kelma is rubbish
He was our best player in his last appearance.

The class system might not exist one day (many middle class kids have working class parents, for example) but it surely still does in 2025. It's less about how well off you are (there are plenty of cashed up bogans, myself included) and more about one's upbringing. This is why I talk about working class attitudes, as distinct from the attitudes of people from the middle (and higher) classes. There is a firm belief in the working class mind that experts and anyone who makes organisational decisions for a living KNOWS f**k ALL about anything, and that the average slob in the pub could do a better job. Nietzsche referred to this concept as ressentiment.

Dunning and Kruger called it some other thing, not sure what though.

you guaranteeing we have let go the right one?
This is starting to look like the kind of situation where you need to read between the lines.
Reports this week confirmed a scenario that was developing at another club for a fair while now.
The chat about it has gone suspiciously quiet over the last few days especially by those on here who might have an inkling.
Cross everything and hope for some good news soon.

Power doesn't increase a whole lot from age 21 onwards. I'd say maybe 10% is possible.
Guymer does have light feet. I just think for him to make it he needs to develop very good ball skills
