Some like to talk footy and offer opinions, others like yourself don't really offer much to the discussion.

Just when you question my inputs on discussion, or viewpoints, opinions I do so from being a member, season ticket holder since basically 1970.

I acknowledge my commitment didn’t fully start until my wife and i had children but since they were pre schoolers, we became as a family season ticket holders and have been to this day, so we are talking about 36 years minimum. We dragged our kids across metropolitan grounds, suburban grounds, on if we had any extra case the occasion trip to the Gold Coast to follow our side.

Maybe your right I don’t contribute anything of note, on this forum, Im just a fan, a die hard what would I know.

Rugby League is a product best viewed and dissected on TV. I wish I lived in a place to get to more games but Sydney is a shithole so no thanks.

And yeah I'm a f**kwit for sure but to call me arrogant isn't right. Im the first to admit when I get a call wrong and ill even lay the boot into myself and make me the focal point of jokes while discussing a player or game

Match going fans are much more invested in the team.

So when you, as an armchair chair critic choose to dissect what you think you see and criticise Lindsay, or Martin, or Tago or Henry that hurts the fans who are far more invested in the team than you are. Were there, were living it, were hurting in the losses.

obviously we’ve been on a recent winning streak so all good, but you have no idea of the pain to be stuck in the Parramatta Leagues Club for over an hour just to get home after a loss. I can tell this first portion of this season was hard to bear in more ways than one.

In conclusion please don’t insult me by trying to tell me I contribute nothing, my opinions vary significantly from many on here , but that is not the issue.

I don't think Smith and Henry are similar at all. Both props of a similar age is about it.

Agreed. Henry is plod with a bit of mongrel. Smith has been quiet this season until recently (like most of our side) but will play rep footy consistently for years. Levels.

Neither are Payne Haas but we don’t have his equivalent.

if you choose to look for flaws you will find them, I don’t operate that way, just watch a game of footy, hopefully enjoy watching and come out the other end with two points.

The micro analysis from some on here who seem to think they are experts, far in advance of Ivan and his coaching team is mind boggling.

The whole expert analysis from some who frankly are armchair critics is astonishing really.

To be fair if we went on that all this forum would be for the last 5 years is "GGs 2EZ"

So if I appear 'off with the pixi's' after that date for a couple of weeks. I'm ready to blame the drugs.

The refs have put the whistle away the last 6/8 weeks. Far less penalties and more ball in play which obviously suits us. Belinda Sharpe got dropped this week I think partly because she actively looks to find ways to penalise teams instead of letting the game flow.

We don't have anyone actually flexible enough to be a true 14. We just have to make do with covering the spot we think is most vulnerable. If were that worried about Nath, then Schneider is an ok choice. Cole is the best option purely from a flexibility standpoint and would be my pick, particularly given hes played some fullback in cup. But Ivan sees it differently.

My point is that Schneider isn't flexible. Hes a 7. The Nath role is the only one he really covers. We have plenty of other players in the squad who could cover 6 or 9 badly.

I would even argue if given the opportunity Cole would do better that Schneider even at #7. But obviously Ivan sees it differently.

Belinda Sharpe blows plenty of penalties because she runs out of puff. Literally can't keep up.

I think its at the point I've just gotta concede to Ivan's 3 man bench. I have no problem being wrong hopefully it at least makes sense where I was coming from.

Come finals time, other coaches will do it too atleast. The 18th man should be playable. It would solve this issue

The 18th man rule definitely needs looked at. A guy breaks his leg in half you still cant use them.

Just to add to that Kilkenny and fibro panther have spent so much time at the paceway next door there planning on putting a statue of both of them out the front beer in one hand tab ticket in the other .Little push button when pushed says up the panthers

Had a couple at the Paceway on Wednesday arvo, quite sad, place is struggling big time, closed by 6.30pm. Probably a good thing I had to go home.
