Interesting tonight at the ground, speaking to people who would know.
we are not negotiating anyone currently, waiting to see if anyone decent falls fron coaching changes or cap probs etc.
Player managers know they won’t sign anyone unless the coach believes they are better than what is coming through.
Boring and predictable given the last few years, but the coach doesn’t want to limit pathways etc

I prefer that Delboy. Might be boring but it’s the right thing to do to build a strong club

Gee, Thursday night in winter isn’t they attractive for crowds. Last 15 minute rush needed as lots of empty seats, even in the gold season ticket area

TBH I think I’d prefer Frizelle over Fafita. One would be a hell of a lot cheaper. There’s a good reason Fafita can’t make a Titans team fighting for the spoon !

Big wraps on young Koina, hope he goes well for us.

Also briefly remember his dad in that reserve grade winning team under Peter Sharp.
Met young Jackson and his family at the game.

As he came down for the game to sign the contract. And get a few things set up for his move to Sydney in November.

I couldn't be more impressed

He obivously needs a few gym sessions to compete with the big boys.

But his whole personality and body shape for a footballer is impressive for 18 years of age.

His old man reckons potentially back row is a better spot for him because the schoolboys only through him into the front row through necessity.

When Melbourne challenged that penalty Jackson said straight away its going our way when Munsters eyes turned to our player. Blue and gold was pumping already for the young lad.

Nathan the old man who played FG in 97/98 is still a parra fan/man living on the sunny coast

But it wasnt just the fact we had a decent offer.

The cows actually offered more dough. And there were 6 clubs chasing him.

It was the vision Ryles sold and the conversations Jason had with him and the family convinced him Parra was the club.

Maybe his heart was always on Parra being a parra fan since a kid in QLD from the old man.

But i reckon we have a goodun.

I hate to say it but Queensland kids are made tough.

Now we just need to find where the hell J'maine Hopgood ability as a footballer has gone.

What a fall from grace

Hopgood isn’t dropping the ball because he’s unfit. It’s because he’s being forced into a role he’s not suited for. Hes not a ball player. The decision about when to run / pass is too much for him
