I can’t agree with Will holding his own . I reckon he’s been horrendous . His decision making is extremely poor , he’ll miss simple one on one tackles .. he’s all at sea . You could go over all the games he’s played at centre this year on either side of the field and with whoever next to him and see how atrocious he’s been. He was so bad on the left that he couldn’t continue to play there . That in itself upset the balance of our side as we now have no speed on that right edge with him and Lomax .
If Moses looks to play short side those 2 are 2 steps off the pace .. if any break is made on that side of the field there’s no support coming .. he just isn’t a first grade quality centre.
Add to that he can’t pass to set up his outside man .. all he tries to do is run through people and that has cost us games this year like the Dolphins .
To me Will is a rugby union centre playing League .

.. then we go to the other side of the field where we have Sean Russell . I’ll say he’s been having a real crack this year and has learned a lot playing next to Fox .. he makes less errors and less poor reads than Will . the trouble is again athletically , he offers next to nothing . I’ve never seen him beat a tackle , he has no footwork , average speed , average strength , can’t win a contest in the air , struggles to set up the Ferrari outside him . Just 2 very average to below average centres . Russell can probably do a job for you in a pinch if he keeps working hard but Will has just been so costly .
We’re a grinding team at the moment that Is far from perfect so when a back rower playing centre can stroll through your centre twice that’s the difference in the game . It’s a common theme with Will , he loses his match up every week . He loses against the top centres , loses against Starford to’a , loses against Tallis Duncan , comes up against a knights rookie and drops the ball 5x.
We badly need a quality centre with some nrl level athleticism that can provide a bit of punch and hole running and defend athletically .

What I’m saying is that Boods is garbage and he is only there because his Godfather is the coach and that he only ever played first grade at Parra because his dad was the coach.

That’s what I’m saying.

Plus unlike his older brother I have heard he is an entitled little f**kwit and a spitting image of his dad.
