Parrapat? We've got that young jew coming through as well.
A better question is how did the Tigers go?!?not if you have a premiership winning roster and a coach capable of doing the math. How did Parra go?
Everybody’s salary cap is full for 2026?and yet Matto remains at Parra.......any ideas why?

That is EXACTLY the right question in the context of leaving an origin player in NSW Cup for 7 rounds. Thank you for asking.A better question is how did the Tigers go?!?
Well that is a massive sample of data, but if we increase it by 50% you will find that the Broncos won the comp with an Origin player in QLD Cup for 5 rounds. Your correlation suddenly looks a lot more shaky. Maybe the Tigers should have left one of their Origin stars in reserve grade for a few games? That is EXACTLY the right question in the context of leaving an origin player in NSW Cup for 7 rounds. The answer is...........
Parramatta finished 3 wins out of the 8 with an origin player in NSW Cup for 7 rounds.
Wests Tigers finished 4 wins out of the 8 with 0 origin players in NSW cup for 0 rounds.

So by your hypothesis, somewhere between 5-7 games is the right amount of games to leave an origin player in reggies without missing out on the 8?Well that is a massive sample of data, but if we increase it by 50% you will find that the Broncos won the comp with an Origin player in QLD Cup for 5 rounds. Well we went better than last year when Matterson played 0 games in NSW Cup, but not as well as 2021 when he only played 1 reserve grade game. Ryles will figure out the right number of games. He just needs more data.So by your hypothesis, somewhere between 5-7 games is the right amount of games to leave an origin player in reggies without missing out on the 8?
You guys have Matto & Moses available to test your theory. Its VERY EXCITING!!!!

Roosters did win a premiership with Matterson. Turns out he is a pretty good player when he GAF. How many NSW Cup games did he play that year?
Tigers didnt retain him for the same reason Parra had him in reggies.
Tigers DID finish 13th. if only we had an origin player in reggies we could have called up to NRL.

Remember when players underperformed it was the coach's fault? Ah those were the days. That's the most irritating thing about Matterson - if he was consistently professional, he would be an elite forward.
But he chooses to be....this...

How many of them were playing reserve grade? Before the last gf the tigers carried the second highest amount of gf winners in the competition, second only to Penrith…
sorry but where did you guys come again?
How can you tell if a team is underperforming? If most of the players are in good form, then the team can't be underperforming. Teams consist of players, which is why clubs spend so much on good ones.If the team underperforms then it's the coaches fault
Not enough, obviouslyHow many of them were playing reserve grade?
Lol.Talk Jake Averillo will be going to super league , surely we aren't stupid enough to at least make him an offer , admittedly it would be stupid but at least make him an offer so our rand r morons can appease us fans for a second
