If people don’t want advice especially about finances and the property market, then that’s better for me
The issue in Sydney is house prices. Everything else is on level grounds.

They were too good for the NRL.That f**kwit of a coach BA some how managed to lose both of them.
When merkins are wrong on the internet, they need to hear it.You have summoned the beast - this post is like saying “Biggie smalls” three times
This all day long. You should see how far your money goes North of the border in terms of housing. The issue in Sydney is house prices. Everything else is on level grounds.

There was a moment in time if the stars alignedI never saw Eric but he has the titles.Titles are records and they mean more. They are moments in time that get remembered. Nobody's going to remember Semi unless you watched NRL for that dominant 3- 4yrs he played. That's not a much of a legacy. He had some awesome moment's and that's it. Did he ever win a finals game?
The biggest problem with Semi was and Hayne was the club. They are the two best players I've ever seen in my time following the blue and gold. And RUGBY LEAGUE as a whole. They just didnt have the best coaching staff. These guys are far better players then Too and Edwards. As a club we let them down and blew our chances of a title. Paired them with Robson and Mortimer ffs. If we kept Hayne and Semi together we would of won have 2 titles. f**k me. You build a side around that talent. Probably won't see it again for 25yrs. That f**kwit of a coach BA some how managed to lose both of them.
Im optimistic the new Coaching staff will have the teams best interests rather then his sons. And some cock$ want to defend BA. Really Are you stupid?

Yet probably half the working population earn that or less. The average wage is under $100k btw. You must live at Double Pay...er Bay if you're struggling on $300k!Earning $100k? f**k me mate if my wife and I were only earning $100k we’d be deadset on the street.
$100k is about a 1/3 of ehet you need to be earning minimum I’d say if you have a young family these days.
Mate it’s 2025, $100k is a low salary in my books today.
Empty pockets Monday.Richmond Greys on a Friday night, into the Nags at Headquarters on a Saturday, finish with a Flurry at Hong Kong on a Sunday arvo.

Being a 'tight arse' means her head is screwed on properly, and has good parents showing how you get ahead instead of partying your life away each payday. Too many kids do that these days and only realise in their late 30s that home ownership has passed them by.I can only speak for my regional area. I know it’s almost too hard in Sydney. But my daughter left school in Yr 11, did a telecommunications traineeship with NBN and is now almost 3 years in. She’s a massive tightarse, doesn’t drink much and drives a 15 yr old car. Sure she still lives at home so she doesn’t have many overheads, but she’s not far away from having a significant deposit on a house. So it’s possible. If she kept studying like her sister will, well, good luck. She’ll not only have no savings, but likely a big HECS debt.

Nek Minnett Bea Arthur. Duh derp collision chase Derp!!There was a moment in time if the stars aligned
We could have had Jarryd Hayne, Israel Folau and a rookie named Semi Radradra in our backline.
Folau was supposed to join for 2013 and Semi was at the club as a rookie learning tbe game before he made his debut later that season.
Now tell me how much damage we could have made in a 2-3 year window with those 3.
I prefer to call them friendsYeah, and they are all very positive.
You seem to have a lot of groupies.
We didn’t attack through the middle until after Hayne and Radradra left. We invested in big forwards after the disaster of 2018 (Mannah/Alvaro/Matagi being unsuited to the very slow ruck the NRL had allowed due to wrestling) and going up the guts was what suited our roster. Prior to 2019 we shifted the ball plenty. Go and look at our highlights from that period.Nek Minnett Bea Arthur. Duh derp collision chase Derp!!
My grandkids are tradies still living at home, earning decent money and have used their savings to invest in out of Sydney property. Helped by their order brother in financial management.Being a 'tight arse' means her head is screwed on properly, and has good parents showing how you get ahead instead of partying your life away each payday. I’m blame my generation (although I’m more a Xenial than Gen Y) a bit for the instant gratification expectations, but sometimes you have to live with things being a bit shit for awhile to get the cool, flashy shit.My grandkids are tradies still living at home, earning decent money and have used their savings to invest in out of Sydney property. In less than 2 years, decent profit and and not too much out of their own pocket. They don’t waste money on flash cars and similar. It can be done, but takes some sacrifice if your close mates are doing the opposite.
House prices are going up everywhere though. Somewhere like Gladstone is over 600k now. In NSW, finding a decent house within 2 hours of Sydney under 700K is hard now.I can only speak for my regional area. I know it’s almost too hard in Sydney.
