The Scum vs Eels game has become a start of season selling point for the NRL.

We should be getting way more royalties for our shithouse draw, after all, we play all the top teams twice every year because all the top teams, and NRL, want and need our fanbase to prop up the comp. Everyone loves Parra.

I hope elect board members have the good sense to contract better deals on account of us having to play the top end of the comp twice over every year, because everyone loves the blue and gold.

I don’t read for their assessments, I read for their info. They have a lot more than I do, since they seem to be at training every day.

JDB might be 35 but he did miss 2 1/2 years of contact sport so his body is more like someone in their early 30's I'd think.

Makes you wonder if Hayne's court case didnt go on for 5-6 years.

How much more he could have played.

He was just 30 years of age when he played his last NRL game. Which is pretty young these days.

Most athletes with sports science go on to there mid-late 30s now.

He is only 1 year older then DCE.

I like Russel, very solid footballer who does the little things right. He is coming off his best season and he truly looked like a first grader this year.

5 year deals though are something you would usually reserve for rep players, maybe he will prove me wrong but I don’t think Russel will ever get to that level.
