Round 1 2025 Canterbury halfback was Toby Sexton. Lets see if they keep BurtonI doubt Katoa would be cheap. Neither are Canterbury’s halves Galvin and Burton. They would be on huge money.

And Pezet. And Jac.Wishart is better than any player in our backline besides Moses and Iongi.
Papali’i came to the club as a 22 year old with 60+ games under his belt. Kautoga was the same age but had only played three NRL games.I hope so. I'm not disagreeing cause he has some potential but I think its hard to tell after 15 games. Some were good and some were horrid. It isnt like when Isaiah Papali'i debut and we knew we had a gun edge player
I'm guessing that means Papali'i had a better "Wins Since 18 Years Old" or whatever you called that stat.Papali’i came to the club as a 22 year old with 60+ games under his belt. Kautoga was the same age but had only played three NRL games.
I agree he needs to get more involved. Also needs to work on defence. But he is only 19.Yeah Lazy is the word. He’s big body but gets dominated.
Correct, Meaney was nothing but ridiculed at the dogs, now he is marquee??Storm don’t lose players they want to keep. They are both ok players no superstars. Average at best
Catchy hairstyle maybeI agree with this.. I don't see why he was given a chance to train with the first grade side last year.
Looked lazy compared to a few of the other Ball guys and also when he played for the NSW side.
Petrus is a goer still not a huge body yet but still gives 100%. Should have been given time with the NRL team during this pre season..
Latu I rated 2 seasons ago now I don't have him kicking on.
What percentage of pous post do you think are antagonising??????? and that’s being kind, get back to meI think you spend way too much time obsessing about him. I reckon 75% of your posts on here are about him or in response to him.
30-40%, but they are normally in response to someone antagonising him. If you look at his tone and compare it to Hineyrulz, Avenger or even Bandwagon I think it’s pretty mild. What percentage of pous post do you think are antagonising??????? and that’s being kind, get back to me
FYI. He’s been spewing this shit for 20 years since your talking about time spent poorly

Calling it “mild” is just selective blindness dressed up as balance. The tone isn’t the issue — the intent is. Pou and Gronk don’t just “rub people the wrong way,” they provoke, condescend, and then play the victim when they get pushback.30-40%, but they are normally in response to someone antagonising him. People like Pou and Gronk might rub people up the wrong way with what they say, but they cop an absolute shit tonne of abuse from people on here. A lot of circle jerk pile ons.
Not everyone though. Plenty of people tackle the issue rather than the man.
Yeah. I get that you see it that way but I happen to disagree. Lots of times I’m sure a number of you have walked away thinking you ‘owned’ Pou or Gronk. As for the so-called “circle jerk pile ons,” that’s a lazy excuse trotted out whenever their arguments collapse under scrutiny. People respond because the takes are rubbish, not because there’s some coordinated vendetta.

Fair point. Tone can definitely be misread. I’m sure I’ve done it plenty of times and I know I’m not alone.I reckon TONE is quite hard to determine via something someone's typed including sms/txts. And even harder when you haven't met the person like most on here. Sarcasm, joking and banter is easily mistaken as insults or being a smart arse , bully etc.
I've had a lot of stuff taken the wrong way on here. I also realise in hindsight sometimes that I have too.I reckon TONE is quite hard to determine via something someone's typed including sms/txts. Ultimately but who gives a shit

I call it the Aaron Woods effect. There area heap of players who ( I think intentionally) adopt an unusual/weird hairstyle because it makes them noticeable on the field and their fame/reputation is increased as a result. I reckon you can add Josh Curran in this list of players who would remain relatively obscure otherwise.Catchy hairstyle maybe
Sure…as do all the people complaining about him being a pest but still engaging. He always has the right to refuse to reply.

It’s not for me to judge who “owned” who — I’m simply calling out nonsense when I see it. If you agree with it, that’s your right. Everyone gets a say here in the court of public opinion, but only a select few have earned the title of registered f**kwit. And I’d have no issue telling them exactly that in person — aquarium or otherwise.Yeah. I get that you see it that way but I happen to disagree. Lots of times I’m sure a number of you have walked away thinking you ‘owned’ Pou or Gronk. I have seen you say as much.
I’ve read the same conversation and wondered where the f**k you got that idea. Sometimes it feels like a case of emotion v logic. Not always, but it’s a pattern.
I’m not immune from it either. Don’t know if you’ve ever re-read exchanges on here? I find it enlightening because there is a record as opposed to a face-to-face conversation where you quickly forget the details.
