Better question would be how many hadnt played NRL by 21
That is a great question, well asked. Just from current NRL hookers it was:

Cook
Egan
Garlick (debuted at 27!)
Graham
Hayward
Healey
Ioelu
Kenny
Koroisau
Luke
Mann
Pattie
Plath
Smith
Sommerton

Harry Grant had only played one game by his 21st birthday, and two by his 22nd. Merkins are off their head if they think a hooker is gash for not playing first grade by 21.

I had high hopes for Matt Arthur - crafty, creative, had a good footy mind.

He turned out to be slow, lanky, weak, and had a bad attitude from what I hear.

Now we have two hookers who are the polar opposite.

While he may not be as skilful as Harry Grant, give me Riley Smith, and his never give up attitude, all day, every day. I love that little dude.

I'm sure it had nothing to do with the fact he was stuck behind Scam Smith???

Almost as good as Schneider. A hybrid version of Robbie Farrah x Cam Smith.

Another CUM throw prediction

Honestly, in the lower grades, he did show glimpses of vision, skill, and decision-making that made me think he might be a good player one day.

But in First Grade, his service was slow, he was very lanky, and weak, and his attitude issues are well-known throughout the league community.

Actually, attitude is a reason why I hope to see Jake Arthur succeed - he's humble, hard-working, and a good kid. I would genuinely love to see him have a solid career.

I hope he ends up playing for Australia you sour merkins.
