The Wests Tigers are pleased to announce the signing of backrower, Mavrik Geyer for the 2026 NRL season.

Geyer - who has made 14 first grade appearances for Penrith since his debut in 2024 - has signed a one-year deal, with his presence at Concord creating further depth on the edge for Benji Marshall and his coaching staff.

Geyer has earnt a reputation as a hard-working defender over his four years in both the NSW Cup and NRL.

The Brothers Penrith junior - who has played right throughout the Panthers’ system - will arrive at the Wests Tigers off the back of several outstanding performances in the NSW Cup throughout 2025, and is widely renowned for his training attitude, application and overall professionalism.

Geyer said he was looking forward to joining the Wests Tigers to begin the 2026 pre-season.

The signings we need to be making though are SOO or close to / recent premiership winning players.

That's what the hated dogs did to turn their fortunes around. They've added about 2 every year. They did get a quality coach in year 2 of their rebuild though.

Yep and they had the gusmeister behind the scenes manipulating things.

He’s been criticised externally but tbh he sees it as is job.

That includes making public statements to support the bulldogs cause.

Whether or not the bulldogs could have found themselves where they are without Gus remains unknown.

Getting him on board after the panthers disposed of him seems to have been a good call from them if results are the test.

The issue for the dogs is really whether or not he is making good decisions and in the execution. Most of his calls on their behalf have been good.

Well that was fun, it said I was a tall, strong, handsome, intelligent, knowledgeable man, and criminals should avoid me because I'm very strong and I could beat any UFC fighter in the cage.
Well it seems that I was wrong when I said that chatgpt.com wasn't accurate.

Who is @Murraymob1 Mr chat gpt?

“Murraymob was the king of Panther Interactive.

He lives under the delusion of smug dominance.

He’s a Tiger fan at heart.”

What does he do in real life?

“ Mr Mobby he is a rare seaweed harvester on the Nepean River”

“ They bloom once a decade and their fronds are used to make energy in South Korean salt water fusion reactors”

Looks like Doueihi is staying, love the clickbait headline about players being pushed out and having a photo of Luai and Tito. Spoiler, its Stains, Naden and Porter.

Imminent Doueihi re-signing could push out three Tigers

Adam Doueihi is poised to accept a revised two-year deal with Wests Tigers – but salary cap restraints could squeeze three players out of Concord. MARKET WATCH

We should snap up Jonah Pezet on a loan like we did with Grant.
Pezet is a gun and should be cheap. Give Sullivan to the Storm.
