lucky to only get 2 weeks, that was deliberate striking, no questions. Should have got 7-10 weeks. Look forward to his lover Johns defending him this week!

who kicked twice?

ryles responded to the initial act of lima standing on his boot by doing the same. lima kicked at him & again ryles retaliated in kind.

if the ref was consistent, he would have marched both.

it was a joke of a decision that ruined a fair contest.

Stepping on somebody's foot is not a send-off offence

Kicking somebody twice is...

I can make it sound good too.

Kicking at a players foot to get him off yours is not a send off offence.

Intentionally stomping on someones foot is a send off offence.

Hows that?

exactly what i was going to say. absolute coward. stomped on skandos face when he was on lying on the ground. then when skando jumped up and went to punch him and ran away and stood behind brett white like a 6 year old girl running behind her mother. f*cking cat

Umm... a kick is a straight send-off...

Exactly, the ref explained to both captains after the brawl, that anymore incidents will result in a send off. Ryles being the moron he is, kicked an opponent right in front of the ref. It's his own fault, the piece of deadwood got what was comming.

it's not about making it sound good ya goose - it's what actually happened.

1. If Lima doesnt dig studs into ryles's foot, ryles doesnt stomp back.
2. If Ryles doesnt stomp back, Lima doesnt then kick him.
3. If Lima doesn't kick Ryles, then Ryles wouldnt have kicked him back again and get sent off.

So if we go back to where it all started with grubby play, it was Lima digging his boots into Ryles.

Ideally neither should have been sent off - it's just once again a problem with consistency and another bias toward melbourne.

Except that Lima stomped and kicked first.

Worth noting that when another dust-up started afterwards, with several Melbourne players rushing in, the ref basically told them to behave. That's another 'incident' but no send off. Any idea as to why the ref had a change of heart?

Face it, Badger simply lost the plot when he sent Ryles. Plus he nailed the wrong player.

Its funny how Badger has had far worse games this year when he has had Newcastle and the NRL jus trotted out the "fix your sh*t" approach. Now he ruffles some feathers down the road and he is getting pulled into line. Amazing.

Oh no. I agree. I mean... Storm made the last 2 grand finals by pure luck.

The players had absolutely nothing to do with it

I think it's an NRL conspiracy personally.

No, they made the last 2 through systematic and blatant cheating.

Scumbags
