AOB isn’t coaching the team to make errors. That’s not on him. That’s poor discipline from the team and a lack of on field leadership from our more experienced players. Honestly I really feel for AOB right now because he’s just being absolutely stitched up by a bunch of players being completely incompetent.

Whose Job is it to change that?

The presser was basically what you would expect after a performance like that. I actually thought KP spoke well. The days of him smiling and joking in the presser after a loss are long gone and he looked pretty disappointed and frustrated with what’s being dished up.

AOB made some good points. I’m not sure what people are hoping for from a presser under the circumstances but he was clear on what work needs to happen during the week.

I would be shocked if we don’t see a big improvement next weekend. Win, lose or draw. If we don’t then the season is basically gone imo.

Yeah maybe I’m hoping for too much but that was an embarrassing performance and the whole coaching staff will look to use it as a wake-up call with the playing group.

I totally agree but some people here think he is going to be worse than AOB. If someone snatches him up because we stick with AOB, I'm gonna stop following the team till AOB gets the chop.

I like AOB , but games like yesterday remind me of just how conservative he is, and all too often this leads to a lack of confidence in the playing group.

Not worse, just not significantly better.

If we’re bringing in a new coach let’s bring in completely new perspectives. Not the same voices that haven’t been working. Usually when things aren’t working and the current coaches can’t work out why you need fresh minds in.
