You can't even compare what Brown walked into to what Pay walked into, Brown walked into a team and a culture that had well and truely been ****** to eternity by Stone and Hagan's absolute ineptitude and with a CEO who's only previous experience was running a butcher shop, on top of that we were so broke that we could barely even afford to spend the salary cap, sure the actual coaching part of it could've been better but it's not even comparable to Pay who might've inherited some bad contracts but the dogs also have massive financial backing from the leagues club which means they've got great facilities, resources, etc, they also had a really good reserve grade team which they've been able to promote players through. They've also been very fortunate that they've played quite a few out of form teams of late.
