IMO what Hazem Lacks in speed he makes up for in kicking. He's won us so many games with important conversions. The game against Brisbane for example. 25-24. Had he missed 1 kick, it would've all been over. We would've missed out on the finals if he missed 1 kick from that game. That's how important he is. It's the little things that matter. You wouldn't want someone like Roberts or Sherwin attempting a kick from the sideline in the Preliminary final if the score is 18-16 in favour of Melbourne with 1 minute left on the clock.

His consistency is also reflected in his career points. In 7 years at the helm of Bulldogs goalkicking, he's nearly chased down Daryl Halligans record which started from 1992.

I wouldn't want Hazem kicking from the sideline either. He does not make up for anything with his kicking anymore which pretty much makes him obsolete.

it was mark henry who cut down haz, bowen came across and completed the tackle, but mark henry (a backrower) gave haz a good 10m and caught him within 30m

Time to go Haz. No use having a good goal kicker if you can't score tries. His goal kicking has not been great this year. It's time the dogs started the get speed in the backline, and unfortunatley Haz doesnt have it. Do you want a great fast scoring winger or another Halligan, good goal kicker but to slow. Haz is heading that way. He is now conceding more points than he scores. He is not the only one though. Sherwin, Utai, Hughes, Hickey, Tonga, Perry, Roberts - terrible terrible terrible.

you're really missing the point aren't you? no 1st grade quality winger should be run down with that big a start within 30m by a backrower, with all due respect to mark henry. Bowen aside, he shouldn't have gotten anywhere near el masri, and he wouldn't have if it wasn't for henry making the initial contact that halted him

Utai was good. Patten, Maitua, SBW and Armit all god injured. It was a combination of things + Eels were good.

Without knowing what our up and coming backs a like im also going to jump onthe its time to move on from Hasem bandwagon some way through next year.

But, we need to buy someone decent in the backs including the halves, the ones we got atm are Sh#t or not performing due to being inexperienced:roll: .

When you see what the like of Hayne, Inu, Falou, even Vatuvai(at his best not dropping the ball), tuaki are scoring we are so far behind in scoring tries in out backs.
