How long have we had this coaching staff 5 years of boring one out football. After this time we can't get good NRL and state of origin player to run decoys or inside runners .every team in the NRL knows just slide in defence and there will be no inside runners just run us out of room again the side line the worst coaching I have seen in my 55 years of watching the dragons hang on price was bad how did he get a NRL job.dragons kicking game is bad no one chases hard to put pressure on the catcher .the kicks are the same every time to the centre of field then they can attack either side of field what's wrong with putting it against the side line of into a corner.so they can only attack one way why has this taken 5 years and we can't coach it in to players very poor coaching

I doubt many of us even got excited when Widdop kicked the go-ahead goal the other night as we knew a win would make Mary safe. It's a sad state of affairs.

It's been going longer than that , don't forget our Mary was the attacking coach when Price was the top dog. The coaches are in a time warp as are the structures they have in place..... They all need to go.....

Mental strength and resolve is where you judge a team based on what they practice pre and during the season and what they are taught and coached to do.
We are fragile and not mentally strong is the only reason we are losing games with a lack of change of game plans, urgency and versatility.
Why cant everyone see that and it all comes back to the leaders of the football department off the field. Not the HPU, WWE, MMA, FIFA, H2O, JDB, SOO, ANZ, SCG, WIN or any other factor or excuse you can think of but the MMcG factor and his merry men.

Should we not be starting Gareth from the bench he covers plenty of positions and Latimore's place left to one of the young forwards for more experience at the top level ready for next year and by all means start them GW & JL in the final match of the year as an honour to their service.
Isn't it time for young Lomax to try learn as much as he can as to cement his spot at either centre or fullback where her can build some combination with his wingers.
Shouldn't either wingers Rav & Pearson be selected so they can iron out their deficiencies at the top level.
Trial games next year are not as good as playing in games that have real meaning.
And the biggest and best preparation for next year would be the resignation of MARY

I've been following the Dragon's since my brother took me to the 1975 GF, I remember being so sick from the dodgy Hotdog I chewed into outside the gates. It's taken 44yrs for me to feel as sick as that day by this coach's team & bench/use selection, lack of variety, lack of defence structure, lack of being able to get the best out of his players, lack of rewarding lower grade players for under performing 1st grade players, lack of having the guts to drop players to find some form in the Reggies, lack of realising he is out of his depth & the weakest arse board in history of any club.

Truly the lowest pride I have ever felt in saying "I'm a Dragons supporter"
While this clown is our coach I'm barracking for the opposition. Sacrilegious maybe, but short of me starting to watch AFL It's the only hope I have of waving this guy goodbye..........

Dragons simply don’t produce good coaches , Craig young was a flop Andrew farrer was a flop Nathan brown was and stil is a flop Trent Barrett flop Steve price flop and McGregor is about the worst of them all 6 yrs as head Coach and to date one semi final win and he had the nerve to boast about it recently saying that he was some 85 minutes away from a gf , seriously how is this bloke stil head coach it’s one of the greatest unsolved mysteries
