Wondering if Dessie would be an option at the Dragons ?
Would be a better option than some names being currently considered
Especially if he could entice Tommy n Jake to come with him

If we won a comp then spent the next decade in the wilderness I’d take it at this point.

I’d take Des. He has some rogue ideas. But he gets the best out of young players and at least we’d play some footy.

To be successful int the NRL you have to go after the best available
For years this Club has done the opposite
Gone after mediocre or use by date players on 50 50 deals with their previous Clubs and mostly cheaper 2nd rate Coaches
Hasler would bring Starch and football nouse to the place
Would weed out the deadwood both on and off the field
Thinking there mite be some of his current roster that may follow
The last Coach we had here with those credentials W Bennett ..........

In 2020, Dragons finish 12th before a player-instigated scandal leads to a run of 8 losses to finish 2021.

In 2021, Manly finish 4th before a player-instigated scandal leads to a run of 7 losses to finish 2022.

Dragons re-sign their coach. The rumours are Manly want to boot theirs.

This year has shown Manly are hardly a well-run club and yet they are light years ahead of the Dragons.
