Yep they just get to first grade under him and get f**ked around massively. What happened to Lomax at fullback? Didnt he train there all offseason? That is a perfect example of stuffing a player around.

I am not knocking the talent pool available to the dragons, i know the talent is there. But it isnt feeding through to the first grade team.

I understand someone has to come last, but the way this team plays just makes it even harder. How can someone who gets paid so much to do something they love do it so badly? It's obvious they don't enjoy the game.
As a fan, it's so painful to see. We put our time, our hard earned and our love into something with no reward (pretty much bragging rights is the only real reward). This team DESERVES to be last. Their body language shows they don't give a f**k. I feel so sad for their friends, their families and the people that have got them to where they are today, because with the performances they are showing now shows the appreciation for what's been done for them. If they really care so little and management cares so little then the club should fold.
Us fans have had more than enough. It doesn't matter how little talented you are, what we can't cop is when you don't have a go. If these shit performances are because the players are acting out over a pay cut because of covid then they can go f**k themselves.
If it's because of the coach then they can get f**ked too because you aren't professional enough to do a job even if you don't agree with it.
I might just be a typical complaining Saints supporter but it's my money and my time and my heart that goes into it. We've complained for YEARS and nothing gets done about it. Some take a stance and go hard on social media or don't buy merch or memberships or don't attend games. Without us the club dies, so now it's up to the club to decide if it wants to survive.

They are juniors of the Dragons region, didn't suggest they were coached under Mary. If they left before playing with the Cutters etc i'd suggest that's not the full responsibility of the head coach at the club.

It is indeed a valid point.

Off the top of my head..

Zac Lomax - established first grader, but in my opinion still yet to excel.
Blake Lawrie - established in starting 17, but still early in his career - akin to Lomax.
Jackson Ford - junior but yet to establish himself.

On another note - of Dragons junior players who've since left the club - the only two I can think of that are established NRL players and subsquently excelled would be the Morris Twins. How I'd have loved to keep them at the Dragons. I get that Josh took a great offer but we never should have "allowed" Brett to go. And I'm adament we should have brought Josh and Brett Back when the opportunity was there. They are the only ex Dragons I genuinely cheer for when I watch at any club they've been to - love them both. They have the heart and spirit we desperately need right now.

Jack Bird... Mary reasoned that he wasn't ready for first grade and would have to bide his time... nek minit, premiership player... at another club. Mary delivered him to first grade at Cronulla.
