It was careless, and I say he might miss a month. Parker deserves to be shown more respect

That might mitigate say a dangerous contact to the head charge but I think the kicking charge should be more or less the same regardless. I guess because he hit the head its more serious.

Pretty much sums it up. Obviously deliberate, but won't attract a charge.
