Great occasion for the sport. Not to worried about the crowd, looks decent enough for the first test ever hosted in a union dominated country. It will grow over time if we keep going back
Union dominated country?? When was last you were in Samoa? Ive been there twice in 7 years and i can guarantee you it isn't a union dominated country. The NRL dominates...

First NRL badged game

People need to revisit to wording of Test

Too many anomoloies in the history of RL

Some would argue that a Pacific Cup series is of more importance that one of clashes

NRL has nothing to do with internationals so that means f**k all.

It's a test now because they're nations with Test status now.

I loved seeing it, and glad it went ahead.

I must admit I was very underwhelmed by the crowd. Where were the people??

Were tickets to exy or are there mitigating factors here?

Other comment - I wanted to jump through the screen and strangle the commentators.. talking over the anthems and the Siva Tau..

Loved seeing this, and it seems everyone is agreed we need more games like these.

Wouldn't take much to have an annual, condensed Pacific Cup & Shield. Really just need to add a final with the winners of the Pacific Tests. Run a Pacific Shield with Cooks, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands etc and give them a chance at promotion. The winner of the Pacific Cup is awarded with a game against NZ at the end of the year, Australia play PNG as a full test and the PMXIII expands to play Fiji, Samoa, Tonga etc.

Not that hard and not that complicated.

The crowd was on the same side as the cameras, however... it was a small crowd. Maybe the locals preferred to watch it at home live on TV ??
