If it ends up a success then it will force WT hand to play all our home games their until CS gets an upgrade then it should be at least 4-5 games at those grounds every year.
Or they could rotate every year eg 8-10 games at LO etc so players get accustomed to playing at 1 home ground. Unsure if this would work because it could have implications with licensing agreements.

Sell it off to developers - They will be able to a build quite a high rise apartment blocks on that site all with a water view - The money can be used to upgrade Campbelltown for instance where the Tigers should be based.

What the f**k are Female freindly dressing rooms ?
Changerooms dedicated to female players -changeroom/shower and toilet facilities- do you want them changing and showering in the men's dressing room?

All Sydney clubs have Women Junior Reps sides that train and or play at these grounds plus eventually all will have Women's NSW Cup and NRLW sides using these grounds - possible double headers - NRLW/NRL at times.

They often have all 4 junior rep games - i.e Lisa Fiaola Cup / Harold Matthews Cup/Tarsha Gale Cup and SG Ball playing at the same ground

These grounds are not solely used by Rugby League Clubs either - others sports and even schools use these grounds.

Except I doubt Inner West Council would fund anything in Campbelltown from the money they receive from selling off LO.

What a load of BS.
On a rare occasion NRLW play before the Men's so what, it's not a free for all. Either sex would have exclusive access for their game and that includes pathways.
Besides a large majority of physios and support staff are girls in the men's shed at game time.

It is the way of the future Nutz, or the now. One of the features of Saints new CoE is seperate female areas, dressing rooms etc etc

Leichhardt Oval, established in 1915, was first used as a rugby league football ground in 1934 and became the home of the Balmain Tigers in 1943 and later one of the Wests Tigers’ home grounds
Even though it's a tiny ground, an NRL crowd of 22,877 was had in 2005.

We live in a world that is too keen to get rid of history by putting up hi-rise buildings and parking lots.
Instead of desentralizing homes to westward and southward areas, we should be promoting entertainment precincts in inner-city venues ripe with history.
Why we want to congest the city further by doing the opposite is like
"Cutting off one's nose to spite one's face"

I'm not a keen USA advocate but they do some things well. For example....
New York City has a 2025 population of 7,936,530 and
Central Park is New York City’s 843-acre backyard.
It's here to stay as it's heritage listed.
Instead of expanding the building industry there, they decided to clean up Central Park in the 1930s.
So what's Central Park value?
Central Park is 848 acres, which translates to over 39 million square feet. At US$1,000/square foot, Central Park is worth over 39 trillion dollars.

Leichhardt Oval is one of the few traditional inner city league grounds remaining....let's not be so keen to get rid of it.

Some things are worth more than money and need preserving.

That's not tiny LO though Red.
I doubt my ground would have enough space for it, I'd rather another hotdog stand and beer stall :)
Having said that, I read that the LO upgrade and the COE does provide seperate female facilities.

It’s not bullshit and it’s not always exclusive.. nothings exclusive for men..if a guy wants a piss he takes it...& it doesn’t have to be a free for all to be a big problem for women..but guys dont give a fk about women’s needs .. that’s why 19yo Audrey Griffin was needlessly killed last week, after a guy that should have been locked up, wasn’t. Again

Oh come on. Female staff are in the NRL sheds WA.
The players should know how to respect them otherwise with the amount of exposure, if there was a problem we would have heard about it by now.
I agree with the fact that male toilets and showers etc need to be segregated and not used at the same time as females but as I said they don't play at the same time so it becomes exclusive.
What has happened in the past is a female referee complained that she had to use facilities that males were using so that needed to be addressed.
If you read my later post I said that the new upgrade and the COE has these male and female facilities anyway so all will be ok.

It’s no joke man..A lot of guys have no idea how to respect women and a women’s voice, the majority of time is a disregarded and ridiculed one...so why bother…And it’s about time with the upgrade, but it doesn’t get you off the hook…Trust me, mixed is a real problem for women..I’ve seen the dialogue on it from women. And it’s nothing surprising, if you take off your rose tinted..Hence the upgrade

Settle down WA. Your twisting things around a tad one thinks. I'm a family man with 4 kids, 2 girls. I respect women.
I do get your point and your concerns but let us not make it into bigger issue than what it is or should be.
Let's move one.

Maybe maybe not..Maybe be more circumspect with your words, I work with what’s in front of me ..If words were accurate then “Im a family man” and “Im not racist,I new an aborigine for years, nice guy”…would make Aussie a different / better place to what we have now

You've just reminded me why I don't like talking to you, see ya, footy is on.
