about the only good thing to come out of yesterday's game is that we might see Sonny Bill play in the centres for the rest of his year. Is this the position he should play in?

No. Hes no where near as good in the centres as he is in the back row.

He doesn't get paid 400 grand a year or whatever it is to sit out on the wing and hold hands with hazem until the crappy bulldogs halves can spread the ball out to him.

They left him out a lot yesterday once emelio went off injured and he moved to the centres - and when they gave him the ball he was already well and truly marked and had precious little to do.

don't waste him on the centres....while the bulldogs halves are playing the way they r, the best place for sonny to stay is in the middle of the field as thats basically where the dogs r playin their game....maybe is shifty comes back and is in good form then u can shift him to the centres

Definately a damaging ball playing lock. Anywhere else would be wasting his talent and $400000000000000 of our salary cap.

you're all right about him needing to see more of the ball in the middle of the field but at the same time with him in the centres 9 out of 10 opposing centres hes comes up against arent going to be able to control him. also considering our pack is already so good and nobody there deserves to lose their spot I say give him a run in the centres.

Off the bench for at least 4-5 more weeks then maybe back to starting lock....

i think sonny bill has to be in the centres. Our strength is clearly in the forwards and we have very little depth in the backs. SBW in the centres makes the Bulldogs squad appear stronger, even if other positions might suit him better.

hes better suited in the centres at the moment because 1- we have more than enough fire power in the pack right now and 2- we're lacking in the centres, especially with tonga suspended.

He doesn't get enough ball in the centres and when he does the whole team is ready to pounce on him.
