With the handout to business- is there any requirement to keep workers on? Or can they just take the money and cut people?

Successful business owners value great employees. They will do whatever it takes to keep great employees employed to them. I’ve never understood the left thinking that all business owners are evil.

You could have the best product to sell but if you have shyte employees or don’t value what great employees bring to your business you are handicapping the growth and potential of your business.

Not all business owners are evil.

But if they just take the money and sack employees anyway then it becomes poorly directed stimulus and corporate welfare .Moral hazard also comes to mind.

A lot of the stimulus is around unsecured loans / write offs / wage subsidies. It’s hardly a pot of gold that most will run off with, you only get most of it if you stick around.

Albanese on tv just now saying teachers are expected to teach classes of 25 students.

what a load of bullshit
Better gets his facts straight
As I pointed out
Years 8 9 10 11 at my wife’s school has approx 25 total for each year at school yesterday.
It’ll be less again today.

Also reckon it’s impossible to get a haircut under 30 minutes.
f**ken atrociously wrong on both issues there.

It’s scare mongering just to gain political points.
Why would anyone do that shit at this time?
What a low merkin.
My daughters year 1 class has 2 at school....2. Both of my Woolooware year 7 and 10 girls are at home. None of year 10 mates are at school. My girls year 7 class has 4...down from 28 as of yesterday. I went in to collect a deposit and it was a friggen ghost town.

Oh by the way, both schools have been really good with online classes / content. Both public schools. It’s a merkin for me dealing with the 6 year old in particular, but my 2 schools should be applauded. Doing great stuff.

Just on the 30 minute haircut- It would probably take longer than that to do a ladies haircut.

But most men can get in and out in that time.

I bet my hero TIm Bailey (pictured in my profile) gets haircuts that take much longer than 30 minutes.

Ok but you said it was a catholic school so the parents are probably a bit better than those of the public kids.

And it probably isn't that far away relative to the size of the county.

So
It’s a school ...it’s virtually empty.
Those are the facts.

your lying hero needs to cut the bullshitting.

I did a Just Dance music video workout with my 6 year old...it’s on the school worksheet. I suck at dancing and she won’t be coding any time soon...

I'm not doubting your story. But it is one school. How many schools are there across Australia? There are huge differences in the economic and social conditions that apply to different regions across the nation.

He shouldn't be making a political point of it unless he has direct evidence that it is happening. I can't verify what he supposedly said. And he's not my hero. Tim Bailey is my hero.
