Moffo, I am a supporter of both codes, and whilst I do think that some of the stuff people said was unreasonable, you're going to have to accept it, and realise that stuff like that is going to happen. I'm sure that if it had been union players and not league players who had *allegedly assaulted* this woman, then the league supporters would be putting the boot into union as well.

You're not a conspiracy theorist, you just need to have a bit more faith in RL & RL fans in general. Ranting & raving & hurling insults and expletives at whoever aint going to accomplish squat.

Whats happening is damaging & not to be taken lightly, but I dont see it as terminal, either. People have short memories & in time there is no doubt in my mind that RL will recover & probably be the better for this experience. Maybe now every player will realise the old addage 'you reap what you sow' has a lot of truth to it.

I'm just hanging out for the season to start.
