These articles keep getting written but he was actually pretty disappointing last year
He is a Brandon Smith style player.
I don't think Brandon is a hooker and by the same reasoning, I have my doubts.

You don't play touch for NSW u/18's touch by being all brute power and aggression. He is a Brandon Smith style player.

I think if he was that great, he would have made his debut by now. After watching the Panthers training video, I hope we give John Faiumu a crack. He is nearly 30 and been around the traps for a while, but I have watched him over the last couple of years and he is a big body with some good ball skills.
Maybe just a different body size that could work. And he can kick goals as well..
Didn’t say he was great, just maybe worth a shot. Something he has never had yet. Like I said, he has been around for a few years now. Squads need minimum wage players to level things out across the board..
Defence isn't up to it. Got good foot work when he's stepping but when he's moving in defence his lateral movement get shown up relatively easily. After watching the Panthers training video, I hope we give John Faiumu a crack. He has been with Penrith in NSW Cup for the last three years. He was the only NSW Cup contracted player who played in the State Championship game I believe. He deserves a chance to show his skills in the first trial at least.I think we have better options internally

Maybe not, but at least he has be playing against men in the NSW Cup. Not many can make the jump straight to the top grade.Again though
We have Mav on a development deal
Lisati, Henry
Hassett was SG Ball player of the year. Origin u19's man of the match.
Is he better than any of them?
I’m hoping Mav puts in and has a killer preseason and gives himself a shot of making his first grade debut this season.Again though

Does anyone know from what round development players can be selected for first grade for the 2023 season?
This season is a season where both Geyer and Lisati have to show they have NRL potential. Not saying they play NRL but demonstrate in NSW Cup they are capable of making the step up.That is the weakness in the side. Lack of x factor him or Lisati getting a good run with injury has the potential to change the side.
Round 11 unless injuries hit
