What do you do with a winger/centre who is too slow, can't make a break, can't pass real well, can only catch easy passes from dummy-half most of the time, and can only tackle when 2 other guys do 80% of the job first?

Stick him in the second-row (off the bench) for the last few games of the season.

At least that's what we did in Under-11s last year! Just to keep his parents happy...
