Such fear about what will happen to you now that Slater got off.

Have some nuts and want to play the opposition at full-strength.
I have more fear about the rules being changed for one player more then I fear beating Melbourne.

We’ll destroy Melbourne with whatever team they trot out on the weekend.

This shit, this turning this amazing sport into scripted theatre for the drama and the story, it’s slowly but surely eroding my love of the sport.

Every year I look forward to the start of cricket season more and more.

The punishment did not fit the crime. The judiciary realised it and took the right option.

There are areas of grey in sport and this was one of them. This was not the type of shoulder charge the law was created for and was done circumstantially.

Bellew being so vocal has only made the NRL look even more stupid even though we got the right result in the end.

Roosters fans have their hands in the air due to the dangerous nature of the tackle, meanwhile Napa just has a unique way of tackling.

Nah, just want consistency in judgements which is something the NRL is clearly incapable of. My beef was always with the over reactive nature of our leaders in the game. Every rule change seems to come with unintended consequences, this week no exception

Do you seriously think the tackle was dangerous?

"As a game, we are committed to outlawing the shoulder charge, and we believe these changes will make it easier for us to do so," Mr Canavan said.

"We have undertaken extensive research into the risks of shoulder charges and we will not deviate from our desire to eradicate the practise from the game.

"Should a player make forceful contact and in the process fail to use or attempt to use his arms to do so, he will be charged with a shoulder charge."

There are plenty of non roosters on here not happy with this farce. Napa was suspended. What’s your point. Most roosters complained about the lack of consistency with Napa’s suspension not the act itself. This is yet another example. The nrl is the laughing stock of world sport. Sepp Blatter could be the next commissioner.

Billy the koala is a protected species.
Did anyone else notice the channel nine commentators didn’t make a big deal about the shoulder charge when it first happened?
Channel protect their own and also sponsored billy throughput most of his career.
He should be starting his new career with channel nine next week, but koala billy is protected no charges will be laid.
BUMP !!!!!!
There is no justice....just us....the fans confused and bewildered.
Jason Ryles must have been the patsy again.
