Perhaps they'll do lunch and plot how to overcome the powerhouse of Scotland come 4N's !

England are thereabouts, not quite at NZ/Aust level but can beat them on their day. Bennett coming in gives a possibility of a NZ v England final in the WC final... In Brisbane or Sydney

Bennett won't actually be the coach in a traditional sense
He'll have an assistant, a talented young english coach, who will be based in England, organise all the training and camps, keep in touch with the players, keep a n eye out for up and coming players, set the team structures and game plans, basically do all the hands on coaching. Then Bennett will fly in a week before the 4 nations and introduce himself to the players for the first time, give them a few speeches, make them believe in themselves, then take all the credit when the all the assistant coaches hard work has payed off

If you pick a 23 man squad for a tournament only 8 or so will come from the nrl, you'll need to pick another 15 from the super league

Reed & Whitehead are both locks for at least squad spots.
