Moylan doesn't win us that game. Nor would he have won us more than we did. He had a chance to be part of the team. Where was he?

May has JUST come into first grade off the back of Moylans Injury/Issues. A pre-season and he will give us more than moylan ever did.

Ill drive him to Manly if he needs a lift.

Love watching the WWE NRL. How we supposed to beat the only QLD team that was meant to stay in the Comp . Marketing team was involved in this one , ratings were high on the agenda.I'm over this rigged bullshit. I've never seen a team be allowed so much time in the ruck and to be so offside by the refs.

I don't care for last year. Its the same "form" that labelled us premiership favourites. We forgetting how many shit games moylan had? the passes that were intercepted? overplayed attacks? Come on mate.

I am disappointed we lost but I don't think we played that badly. We defended well and only conceded two tries to the Broncos at home in a semi-final. Last week the Broncos scored 20 points against the Roosters.

There were a few pivotal moments for mine - when Oates knocked himself it should have been play on, and we would have scored a try under the posts.

The decision not to take two points before half time with only 30 seconds left was stupid.

When Thaiday went down injured it should have been play on - but the ref stopped the play again and it killed our momentum.

Clearly needed to mix things up a bit - Broncos were prepared for the CHN play (obviously we were trying to put CHN up against Milford).

Losing May was also big. If May is defending they probably don't score the Roberts try. I also think it May was only in the last 20 minutes he would have found a gap between the tired Broncos forwards.

All in all we only lost by 7 points and we played our absolute guts out for 80 minutes.

The sad thing now is that we have to wait 5 months to next season.

The usual rough heads with the expected this should have happened, that should have happened. It is what it is, we lost to the better team. Brisbane were there to be beaten but we weren't good enough. These experiences will benefit a lot of our rookies for next season.

We have played like that most games this year, as Fitler pointed out we look so poor in structured attack and the errors we make at crucial times are what stop us being a serious team.
I don't like it but you have to give credit to Brisbane. We dominated field position but didn't trouble them on the score board.
They have a lot of injuries and gained more throughout the game but they kept their defensive lines strong and grabbed some points when needed.
If we can learn to play for more than 20 minutes a game next year I will be happier

Did they even show a replay of that Roberts knock on that was called six again?

Seriously though how much better did we look with Katoa at 9? He actually asks some questions of the defense

Yeah I don't think that either. I will say I've never seen a team get the rub of the green this year as much as brisbane. I haven't watched a lot of footy cause I don't have fox but I see a lot of brisbane and they've had some ridiculous calls go their way this season.

Anyway one positive is we got this far with some pretty obvious room for improvement in both attack and defence, it was mostly just effort that got us this far imo.
