Semi-finals in Vic on TV

I hear a rumour that they will be on at between 2 and 4am by NINE. If this is the case, thats digusting because the MELBOURNE Storm are in the finals.



Please tell me that this isnt the case.

proof of what? btw, the Storm came out and asked channel 9 why they don't put league before midnight every weekend. They outright said it doesn't rate. How could it rate at 12:45 am?

Because from what I've gathered looking up tv programs on the net it only previews one week ahead. And the semis are in two weeks.

ring up Channel 9 Melb and complain 24/7 until they do something, I'll put my hand up to help out...!!!!
Channel 9 Melb doesn't have the GAY FL finals so they should pull there fingers out and show some League prime time. :thumnn

It was a documentary about one of the AFL's best players, behind the scenes and all that....I am tipping it rated well...I taped it to keep and have SOO3 after it on the tape.

Channel nine will do as they wish, we go through this every year now, but I will ring or sign a petition - all for the good of the game.

Even though nine are not showing the AFL finals I can not see them going against ten on these., we can only hope and wonder.

You have to remember that its a business thing. Think of it considering Melvourne is AFL mad, then even if they were to show games live, they they could not match it at the best of times. Channel 9 have to pay to broadcast games and if they are not going to get enough people to watch it then they just won't show it. Hoping anything before midnight will be and always will be a dream for Melbournians! It's just the way it goes. If you have pay-tv, you will get the games earlier anyway!
