Didnt set the world on fire at the Knights- in fact term 'damp squib / non event' comes to mind in describing his effect on the Knights. So, in view of all the exit doors being shown at WT, I cant see this as anymore than a rumour- sure he'd like to come back. Cant see anyone wanting him back though.

Having said that, can anyone remember his leaving to get more opportunity at Newcastle? Who was the WT fullback & wingers keeping him out of the main squad? I cant recall.

Point is he is not good enough for a team that wants to win a NRL competition. Bennett knows this and has not offered him a new deal.
