Sharks game

The sad thing is the Sharks are not at the level they were last year but they’ll still bend us over and have their way with us. FMD
But you can be sure we won't lose by 50 because that was a choice tonight. Our players chose to let a 'meh' Dolphins team do as they please. I only caught 25 mins of the game for which I am eternally grateful. It was a training drill for Dolphins.

I have laid off Young for now but that tonight along with the Roosters and Tigers game is some of the junkiest defence in recent memory, and fire on the spot material. He must go immediately.

With those narrow losses in the bag it has effectively ended our slim hopes for the season being anything other than mediocre anf forgettable...and has completely ruined everyone's weekend.

Even the Knights fans booed and got the win. What do we get?

Agree with most of this bigred but let's be truthful here mate, how many NRL clubs sack an assistant coach before a head coach?

The answer would be none and the reason why is that the buck stops with the head coach.

Amazing you missed 55 minutes and still managed to blame Dean Young for the result
Did Shane Flanagan Houdini manage to do one of his disappearing acts again?

Sustagen Shane will probably waffle on about how he's the only coach to win a premiership for the Sharks in the post match presser after they put 40+ on us again.
Until he finds a way to get the best out of every individual in the team he won't be winning anything for the Red V.
Thanks for the wins against the Broncos and Storm, but if you can't get this team to have a crack against the scum then you can f**k off and take your 26 year old sprog with you.
Oh and if you're reading this Buzz you can f**k off too merkin.

It's all downhill from here. I'm predicting token team changes only. We'll go down 30-12 to the Sharks. Management will congratulate themselves on the improvement shown and order more Crownies. Players will accept that is the mediocre standard they have to meet each game and the team will continue to fall down the ladder. The new CEO will be reading his contract to see if there is a way out. Sua, Holmes, Gutho, LKT and Lawson will claim bullying and harassment and leave.

God I'm depressed.

I was there last night at the game and retreated to the back available seating to slouch into my seat. Was a really dissapointing showing, even worse watching In person.

For next week I would go
1. Gutho
2. Finau
3. Suli
4. Lawson
5. Sloan
6. LKT
7. Glover/Illias
8. Klemmer
9. Liddle
10. Guler
11. Stewart
12. T couchman
13. Debelin
14. Cook
15. Leilua
16. Sele
17. Loko
M Molo or Halangahu another 2 options.
Our back 5 is a massive worry with no Holmes, Allan or Tui available we have no choice but to pick Sloan. Can't see us winning either way this next few weeks will definately test us that's for sure.

Not sure why it seems to be a binary one or the other - guess it depends what side of the fence you’re on

For me, it’s on both Flanno and Young. Flanno should have got them up for it. Should have also been able to make a positive impact at half time.
Then Deano’s defensive systems are not holding up.

Let’s see how they respond next week. At least show some heart.
