Isn't it good to hear our club linked with player signings once again! As long as we don't sign another $250k Cuthbo or $200k Darren Mapp.

We have always been linked with players. Doesn't mean we will get them so it's a bit early to release the tadpoles.

Knowing this club, and I don't give a fugg what Elmer says, they will probably sign someone like Nick Kouparitsis for 300k

He's been average for a couple of weeks but I think he's worth persisting with. If his form doesn't improve though are only real option to replace him with is Stapler.

and just quietly, Tim Sheens seems very adamant that Lui will be the Tigers future halfback. With Wade McKinnon recently being signed, and Beau Ryan a capable replacement at fullback, as well as Jake Mullaney waiting in the wings, it seems young Tim Moltzen could be on the outer.

Sheens has Tuqiri, Tuiaki, Ryan, Brown, Daniela all as wing options and Taumata, Ayshford, Lawrence, Ryan, Daniela in the centres, there's really no place for the little legend. I wouldn't be surprised if he is at a new club in 2011

We have no go forward. As soon as Kade or Dougie go off we die in the ass. When we were at our best we had a BIG rotation off props (Nutley, Ross, Peek, Snowden, Norrie, Douglas) with a hard hitting backrow of Bird, Gallen etc. We need a LOD or a Sika Manu. If we could luck out and get both we would be a completely different team. We need better forwards. We have a great pack but we have no depth.

No point having decent backs if our forwards are not going forward.

would be a pretty good combination.

given Mullaney's price tag, you'd be able to pick him and Moltzen up for less than 200k
