The Queensland Government spent an estimated $2.1 million a year to stage the four-day festival of football in Brisbane for 2019 and 2020, with the NRL having the option to keep it there for a further two years.

Or if you meant Parramatta stadium
There are no figures, but it took Parra longer than expected to agree to the rental fees as they deemed they were too much.

So when Parra is being made to pay rent that even that club with its Parra Leagues club money can afford seems extravagant. What shot do we have when we cant have ticketed members there at recouping that money in rent.

So in other words you don’t know the actual cost for BankWest?

Rightio

Glad that’s settled.

How much for oki?

Yeah I know what it looks like... I know no f**ker will go there too.

How much?
Link please.
If you need a link because you dont have the brain power to realise that a Stadium owned by https://www.venueslive.com.au/ is going to cost more than Paying rent to the George River Council, let alone for a fancy new stadium compared to a shithole, then you may have not been drunk on a hill in 15 years, but its been about that long since you left whatever brain cells you on that hill.

I'm going to boycott Kogarah for 2 years just to spite St George.

That will send Cronulla broke and we'll never see another NRL game at Shark Park again.

Then the closest NRL ground will be Kogarah and St George will be my local team.

So
What we know for sure is..
You don’t have a f**king clue how much either joint costs to rent.

Boycott?

What if people just don’t want to go there?
That’s not a boycott.
It’s a choice.
You can go.

I have to laugh that the only reason people don't want to use Kogarah 12km away over Parramatta 38km away because it is Kogarah. Only Sharks fans

Sounds good Craig but I’m sure not practical.

Reason being I’m sure we have to provide at least 10 games at one venue for our corporate sponsors. They’re not going to do the Leyland Brothers tour of Australia for their sponsorship.

You’re probably right mate, but I guess we’re in a situation where the money we get for taking games elsewhere might be more than the corporates are willing to pay for 12 games at oki dokey
