I used to be a regular poster on this forum and others that pre-dated it, but it's been a long time since I posted anything now! About 8 or 9 years... I was a Sharks fan in New Zealand from age 13 until a few years back when I finally succumbed and bought a Warriors season ticket...

I just wanted to drop in to say congratulations to all the Sharks fans who, unike me, stayed loyal for all these years. I couldn't be happier for you and I even shed a little tear myself watching it all unfold last night.

Didn't want to jinx myself in that other thread I made but it felt like bloody destiny to me. 50th year and all that. Beating everyone without fear or favour in the middle of the comp. everyone talking about the confidence in the team that we never had before. Just felt something special all season. And the tactical losses towards the end relieved the pressure.

I'm no longer cronullafied. In fact, I don't know how to feel now we've won one!
