barry russell....

Gavin Miller ran that team from the back row.

The fact that Kimmorley has been one of the Sharks best halves in their history is an indication why they have been less than successful over 40 years. Barrett's got a massive job on his hands and good luck to him.

And still was probably the Sharks best ever half.

oh yeah he was great.

his finals record alone....
02. 5th 3 games, 1 win
03. missed playoffs
04. missed playoffs
05. 7th. 1 game. loss
06. missed playoffs
07. missed playoffs
08. 1 win. 1 adisgusting loss in which half back of the century couldnt manufacture a point.

2-4 post season record. 7 seasons. what a player.

OK. Point taken. Noddy is sh*t.

Maybe if during those seasons the Sharks would have picked 13 players in their teams instead of one, they might have done better.

ffs.

well thats also true loudstrat, but he proved what he was worth last year with a good pack.

everyone says that noddy plays good behind a good forward pack.

lol

tell me one decent half that doesnt.

he was going great guns last year with a good forward pack and more importantly, sharing alot of the responsibility with another great half in seymour, but once seymour got injured and noddy took over, he shiit himself.

couldnt even score a point.

this year playing alongside barba, or dare i say roberts (lol), will have issues

and the dogs forward pack doesnt look too good either.
maybe im wrong.

At least Kimmorley got you to the finals doing that with a team of players with next to no attacking ability was a fair achievement.

seymour got more out of our team with a few less games then the gnome...

they say john morris is an overlap killer, well with noddy, he never got close to an overlap to even consider killing it, he'll just turn it back inside for the poor pig on the inside to be surprised then smashed

the great almighty halfback led us to 10 straight losses..

bloody chris anderson and stuart raper :fist:

I bet a few months ago when the Sharks were a moral to win the comp you and all the other Sharks fans were talking up how great Kimmorley is.

a moral to win the comp?

we are never a moral to win anything.... we are the opposite. and rival supporters thrive on it. we ARE the team that can never be called morals.... ever.

find the posts in the sharks forum where we say BK is great.... go on find em, i think there is 2.

I know a few Sharks fans predicting they were certainties.
Kimmorley had his only good season at the Sharks last year(other then 02) he won a few games with field goals and played pretty good his kick chase was impressive

Two field Goals and a good kick chase game does not make up for years of being a total waste of space and money. I don't know any Sharks fans that thought this oxygen thief was a champion. Time and time again he farked up our attack in the 20m attacking zone. Time and time again he ignored overlaps and threw passes back inside to some poor unsuspecting forward to get hammered. Ever since he threw that infamous pass in origin he has been to scared to pass out wide when there is an overlap. Good luck Bulldogs, enjoy watching Morris screaming for the ball only to watch it turned back inside.

C'mon Seymour was decent but was not going to lead the Sharks to premiership glory
The guy was killing it before he got injured. He took a lot off Kimmorleys shoulders. They both were playing good footy together in the weeks leading up to the semis. I thought we could of really given it a shake. When I saw Seymour was injured I nearly threw the tv out the window because thats were the Sharks chances went.

oh f**k me.

the kick chase gig?

you have to be kidding. when a halfbacks number one quality is the kick chase the alarm bells are ringing loud and clear.
he was an utter lemon. he had 5 memorable games in an 8 year stretch in the shire. that's unacceptable on his money in his position.

losing seymour was terrible. he was creating. he was the main guy. that meant that noddy could just kick it down field and take the praise from the commentary box. but he got hurt and that was it.

and because we were too soft and pc to play a certain now released, international quality player in the playoffs with a grand final on the line....

Serenity now!

  MORALS..morals....

care to take that post back after reading the last few posts

our chances were gone, busted, out the window, mythed as soon as seymour suffered that injury

kimmorley is a blight on the game and its a bloody good feeling watching sharks fans predict the line up for rd 1 2009 and not seeing the toxic gnomes name in ANY team

noddy couldnt find the whole in chris andersons arse to get out, let alone put a player through a gap

Unfortunatly you chose to sign an even bigger pretender who has done pretty much nothing since 2002, oh and Corey Hughes
