I'd say both. They'll be hard to beat at Canberra I think but they're going to struggle on the road until the squad matures. Give it a season or two and they might just be a force.

Still not really convinced myself.

Tigers and Titans games, they blew winning opportunities.
Souths they were never in it.
Win over Saints was good, but Saints also sucked badly.
Nice win over Panthers, an up-and-down team, first up.
