It was more likely than not that Inu touched it but they video ref had no choice if the ref said he had a opinion.

The Ref call should only be used if the ball is obsured (i.e by a player or Ref) but when the Video ref has full view of the play should not go back to the on field ref irrespective of what the ref said once he has refered it.
