This case is a prime example of why the principle of being innocent until proven guilty should be applied.

Its also a great case for the media not being allowed to identify people in the public eye before the trial and verdict. There is no reasonable 'public interest' IMO that justifies SKD being in the press the whole time before and during the trial. Its purely a media interest and has added nothing at all positive to society. In the end all its done is sell a few papers and caused SKD extra stress during what would already have been a hard time.

SKD won't receive any public apologies from those that wanted him hung out to dry when he was first charged, and there will be plenty of people in the 'no smoke without fire' camp willing to believe him guilty regardless of the outcome of the court case. Even though he's been found innocent this will affect him for a long time.

And as was mentioned earlier, someone else saw a bruise on her arm and SKD admitted to grabbing her to the point where bruising could occur. Shock! Horror!

Serious again for a second, no I don't know the finer details of the case. Neither do you believe it or not, despite what you've read. I'm just not that interested. What I do have a good knowledge on is the judicial process and I know criminal law quite well.

So let me understand correctly, whilst you don't understand the finer details of the case, you claim to have a better understanding than i have. I have read the judgment. Apart from that you are just exposing yourself as a f**kwit of epic proportions. I guess you know that already..

Pittman was on Bill and Boz on Fox sports last night. She clarified that to say that we should wait until the B sample is tested. If that test is also positive Pittman said anyone should feel the full force of being sanctioned (opr words to that effect). Even Mark Bosnich said they had to be careful in what they said about it until the B sample is tested for legal reasons.
